Outpost Family Coaching

Every family is different. You may have a growing sense of what you want your family to become but need help turning that vision into practical action. Perhaps you and your spouse need dedicated space to clarify your shared direction, establish healthier household rhythms or think intentionally about the season ahead.

Outpost Family Coaching provides personalised support for individuals and couples who want to build a strong, Christ-centred family and become a multigenerational team on mission. Individual sessions are generally led by Phil for men and Lozzie for women, although both may coach an individual together if preferred. Couples are normally coached by Phil and Lozzie together. Coaching sessions are relaxed, practical and shaped around the particular needs, questions and aspirations of your family.

Coaching can help you:

• develop a clear vision and mission for your family

• identify and articulate your shared family values

• establish meaningful rhythms of faith, connection and hospitality

• strengthen unity around parenting and family direction

• navigate a transition or new season of family life

• build and strengthen a healthy marriage relationship

• apply what you have learned through an Outpost Family workshop or retreat

• turn good intentions into practical and achievable next steps

Individual session: $95 for 60 minutes
Three-session coaching package: $250

Sessions can be held online or in person on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia.

Outpost Family Coaching provides biblical encouragement and practical family coaching. It is not professional marriage counselling, psychological treatment or crisis support. Where needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we may recommend seeking assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
